Processing Times
At Azoria, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
Our shipping times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise with the shipping carriers.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on our or the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, you must contact us within 3 hours of placing your order at elizabeth@azoriajewelry.com. After this time, your order will begin processing, and we may not be able to make changes to the shipping address. Azoria is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Azoria is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items
Azoria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages
